API Services
Create Shipment
The integration for creating shipments to reflect Royal Mail as a primary carrier and allowing users to create shipments using the Create Shipment endpoint.
Print My Label QR Code
Generate an easy-to-scan QR code for the associated label specified in the PrintLabel API endpoint. This endpoint can only be used for Royal Mail Tracked Return services.
Trackings
Register up to 1000 tracking numbers in a single API request and get real-time updates on your Royal Mail shipments.
Manifest Webhook
Enables customers to retrieve information about shipment manifests created by the system and track when shipments have been successfully manifested with the carrier. For customers who need real‑time updates, we strongly recommend using the INTERSOFT Manifest Webhook, which provides updates on manifest requests, allowing you to track the progress and status of shipments prepared for carrier collection and delivery.
ImportantYou can manifest the Royal Mail shipments via the Manifest Shipments Async endpoint using any of the following parameters:
- Shipping location
- Shipping account
- Shipment status (Picked)
- Service code
- Container
Additionally, any created shipments that have not been manifested, it is advised to cancel them to avoid any unwanted labels.
