Set up Royal Mail online business account (OBA)

The Royal Mail online business account (OBA) is a digital platform designed for businesses of all sizes to manage their mailing and shipping needs efficiently. This account provide a centralised interface for managing orders and accessing a range of mailing and reporting services offered by Royal Mail.

In order for our customers to use Intersoft's Royal Mail label service, each customer must have an account set up with the Royal Mail Group. For that, we need to request an approval from Royal Mail to set up your account with us. Once your Royal Mail Account is set up, you are then able to submit an integration request.

Please provide the below information so that your account with us can be set up accordingly.

Check OBA account activation

An active OBA account must be provided in order for Intersoft to set up your account.

Important

If you do not log in to your OBA account for over 90 days, Royal Mail will deactivate your OBA account.

To check whether your OBA account is active, follow the instructions as explained in the following procedure.

  1. Access the Royal Mail Website.

  2. On the page that appears, enter your login credentials (email address and password) and select Log in.

  1. Once logged in, select Access Online Business Account.

If your OBA is active you are directed to your online business account. Please enter this OBA email address into our customer onboarding form.

If your account is not active the page will either reload and you will be returned to the same page or you will be directed onto another page headed Sap NetWeaver.

If your OBA account is not active, please contact Royal Mail to reactivate your OBA account via the following link: https://business.help.royalmail.com/app/contact.

After accessing your OBA, you can now view your billing and reports for tracked services.
