Denied parties
Denied parties refer to individuals, companies, or organisations that are prohibited from receiving exports due to legal or regulatory restrictions. These restrictions can arise from various factors, including violations of export laws, national security concerns, or involvement in criminal activities.
In SAPIENT, while configuring the Hurricane commerce service, the denied parties API provides an interface for the end user to check if the person to whom the product(s) are being shipped exists on any of the global and national restricted persons lists.
