Edit user

Editing a user involves updating user information, such as modifying roles, changing contact details, resetting passwords, or adjusting permissions.

In SAPIENT, you can edit the users to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of users, reflecting changes in personnel or responsibilities. This process enhances security and operational efficiency by adjusting access rights based on the user’s evolving role within the organization.

  1. In the left navigation panel, select Users.

  1. On the Users page that appears, from the list select the user that you want to edit, and then in the Edit User [user name] form that opens, update the necessary information as explained in the Add user section.

Tip

If needed, from the Edit User page, you can also reset your password by selecting alt text.

  1. After entering all the necessary user details, select alt text.

Once done, the user is updated successfully.

You cannot add or manage users via API.
