Delete user

Deleting a user refers to removing an account from the system when an individual no longer requires access, such as when they leave the organisation or change positions.

In SAPIENT, you can delete the users when they are no longer required to reduce potential security risks by ensuring that only authorised personnel have access to sensitive shipping information and operations. Additionally, this process helps streamline user management by removing inactive or unnecessary accounts, thereby improving system performance and clarity.

To delete a user in SAPIENT, follow the steps as explained in the following procedure.

  1. In the left navigation panel, select Users.

  1. On the Users page that appears, from the list select the user that you want to delete, and then in the Edit User [user name] form that opens, select alt text.

  1. In the confirmation dialog that appears, select Yes to confirm your action.

Once confirmed, the user is deleted successfully and is no longer displayed in the Users list.
