The shipment processing feature is designed to facilitate the management and execution of shipping tasks and operations.

In SAPIENT, the primary purpose of the Shipment Processing feature is to allow users to track and control the status of shipments as they move through different stages of the shipping process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in logistics management.

The shipment processing feature, you can monitor and track the details of your shipments and do the following:

Cancel shipment
Recall shipment
Hold shipment
Release shipment
Manifest shipment
