Shipment processing

In SAPIENT, the primary purpose of the Shipment Processing feature is to allow users to track and control the status of shipments as they move through different stages of the shipping process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in logistics management.

With the shipment processing feature, you can monitor and track the details of your shipments and do the following:

Cancel a Shipment

Stop a shipment that is no longer needed or has issues that prevent delivery.

Recall a Shipment

Retrieve a shipment that has already been processed but needs to be brought back.

Hold a Shipment

Temporarily pause a shipment for review or to address any issues before proceeding.

Release a Shipment

Resume processing of a held shipment once issues are resolved or review is complete.

Manifest a Shipment

Generate and process the shipping manifest for final shipment preparation.

View Manifest History

View a comprehensive record of all shipping manifests generated over time.
