Reset password
To re-establish access to your account in case it has been locked or if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it again.
To reset your password in SAPIENT, follow the steps as explained in the following procedure.
- In the Sign in form that opens, click the Forgot Password? link.
Accessing option to reset password
- In the Forgot Password form that opens, enter your email address for which you want to reset the password and select
.
Requesting password reset
- Once applied, you receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your password. Select the link provided in the received email.
Important
In case you cannot find the confirmation email, remember to check your spam or junk folders.
- In the Password Reset form that opens, enter the the necessary information as explained in the following table.
Resetting password

In the following table, the mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

| Email* | Represents a read-only field that displays your current email address. |
| New password* | Enter your new password. |
| Confirm password* | Enter your new password again. |
 | Select this button to update and save your new password. |
 | Select this button to stop the password resetting process. |
Once finished, your password is successfully reset and updated. You can now log in to SAPIENT with your updated password.
Important
The Reset my password activation link in the received email is available once per 24 hours only. After that, you need to submit a new request.
