Edit FedEx shipping account
Editing shipping account enables users to update the shipping accounts details, shipping address details, and authentication process.
Unlike other carriers, FedEx does not have the standard shipping account screens, instead of a single screen, it provides you with a form consisting of multiple tabs or stages. Each tabs holds a set of multiple fields that you must fill in order to proceed to the next stage.
To edit a FedEx shipping account in SAPIENT, follow the steps as explained in the following procedure.
- On the Home page that opens, in the left navigation panel, select Shipping Accounts.

- On the Shipping Accounts page that opens, from the list of shipping accounts, select the FedEx account that you want to edit.
- In the View Shipping Account[account name] page that opens, select

- In the Edit Shipping Account [account name] form that opens, edit the necessary fields as explained in the Add Fedex shipping account section. Select

Editing FedEx shipping account
Important
While editing the FedEx shipping account, please be advised that at theEULA stage of the Edit Shipping Account form, you cannot clear the already accepted end user license agreement checkbox. It is a one-time confirmation that you already did during the account creation process.
Once the changes are saved, the shipping account is updated successfully.
