The INTERSOFT's PRID tracking event code has now been mapped to the In Transit milestone, replacing its previous association with the It’s on its way milestone. This change aims to provide customers opting for tracking milestones with clearer visibility of their shipment's journey through the Royal Mail network, accurately reflecting its status and enhancing overall transparency in the tracking process.
