Swagger documentation updates

The following changes have been made to the swagger documentation:
- The Datastream response example in the Royal Mail create shipments response list has been updated to accurately reflect the new fields, providing improved clarity and alignment with current system functionality.
- Miscellaneous DX API field descriptions have been updated to reflect the correct usage of the fields while creating the DX shipments in SAPIENT.
