EU customs changes

As part of the new EU customs regulations, ManufactureProductId and StandardisedProductId fields have been added at the Items level of the Create Shipment endpoint for the following carriers:

• DHL Express
• An Post
• FedEx International Connect
• Spring GDS
• FedEx
• The Delivery Group
• UPS
