The following enhancements have been made to the An Post integration on SAPIENT:

An Post Incoterm updates
Shipment validation has been enhanced within SAPIENT to support Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipments for the An Post integration. Customers can now enter DDP as the incoterm and successfully create shipments without validation errors.

Enhanced customs validation
To support updated An Post shipping requirements, SAPIENT now applies additional customs validation checks for shipments destined to the United States (US) and Puerto Rico (PR), reducing any risks of customs delay, rejections, and processing issues.
